Policies
To help make your stay at Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo in Las Vegas as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Guest internet access; domestic long distance calls (30 min max per day); DVD NOW with unlimited movies; two 16 oz. bottles of water per day; 1-800/local calls Please note: The resort fee is applicable to a 13.38% tax. Please note: The Flamingo Pool operates daily from 8AM until 10PM from March to October, weather permitting. All guests must be 21 and over to enjoy the pool. In addition, the Flamingo Hotel & Casino offers a special 10% off discount at participating outlets.
